Level 2 Aesthetic Botox & Introduction to Dermal Fillers
Course 1
Level 2 aesthetic botox & introduction to dermal fillers
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This two-day hands-on course builds on foundational training and focuses on advanced Botox injection techniques and introductory dermal filler applications. Participants will learn to treat areas such as bunny lines, brow lift, gummy smile, lip flip, downturned oral commissures, pebbled chin, and platysma bands, as well as dermal filler injection sites for common perioral volume loss concerns including nasolabial folds, marionette lines, oral commissures, and loss of interdental papilla (black triangles).
The program emphasizes essential anatomy, muscle function, sterile technique, and safe injection practices. Attendees will work on their own live patient under instructor guidance, focusing on assessment, facial mapping, and personalized treatment planning.
Learning Objectives :-
- Understand indications and mechanisms of botulinum toxins and hyaluronic acid fillers.
- Apply proper sterile techniques for product preparation and handling.
- Perform safe, precise injections through guided hands-on practice.
- Strengthen knowledge of facial anatomy and key landmarks.
- Treat advanced Botox areas: bunny lines (nasalis), eyebrow sculpting / brow lift, gummy smile, lip flip, downturned oral commissures (DAO), pebbled chin (mentalis), platysma bands, and facial slimming (masseters).
- Use dermal fillers for perioral volume loss, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, oral commissures/angular cheilitis, and interdental papilla.
- Review foundational Botox areas: glabella, crow’s feet, and forehead.
- Conduct effective consultations and set clear expectations.
- Understand how neuromodulators complement fillers, platelet-rich fibrin, microneedling, and lasers.
- Access treatment forms, consents, and fee structure guidance.
Additional Details :
- Prerequisite: Completion of a Level 1 / Foundational Botox course
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own live patient for personalized instructor guidance.
- Botulinum toxin ($6/unit) and dermal filler ($300/syringe) are available for purchase and not included in the course registration fee.

new trends in prf therapy
Sunday, October 4, 2026
8:00am-5:00pm
Tampa Only
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This hands-on course will cover all the new advancements made with respect to the newest formulations of platelet concentrates. These will cover how to make custom-shaped PRF grafts, how to better concentrate liquid-PRF and will provide a better understanding for optimization of the protocols utilized in every day dental practice.
Thereafter, the Bio-Heat technology will be presented. This will cover the heating steps necessary to extend the working properties of PRF from a fast-resorbing 2-3 week membrane towards a membrane that lasts 4-6 months. Various protocols will be demonstrated whereby clinicians will learn how to make an extended-PRF membrane that lasts 4-6 months, as well as how to make a novel sticky bone that contains an outer e-PRF membrane that may be utilized for ridge augmentation procedures.
Learning Objectives :
- Optimization of protocols for any centrifugation device
- Update on Bio-Heat technology and the ability to extend the working properties of PRF from 2-3 weeks to 4-6 months
- Improve cell and growth factor release using concentrated-PRF (C-PRF) protocols when compared to traditional injectable-PRF (i-PRF) on any centrifugation device
- Launch of the Bio-Cool technology
- Importance of PRF tubes for the fabrication of PRF
- Coupon code for free access to an online 8 CE program at www.prf-edu.com
Course Schedule:
Part 1 (8:30am-10:30am):
Biology of Wound Healing. Understand the importance of vascularization for both soft and hard tissues. Learn the history of PRF and the improvements made over the years from PRP towards Bio-PRF.
Break (10:30am-10:45am)
Part 2 (10:45am-12:00pm)
Biological background of PRF for various clinical uses. Understand how lower centrifugation speeds (g-force) using horizontal centrifugation results in a superior fibrin scaffold with more platelet and leukocytes. Understand how growth factor release and optimization of PRF centrifuge to improve regeneration. Importance of PRF tubes for the fabrication of PRF.
Lunch (12:00pm-1:00pm)
Part 3 (1:00pm-2:45pm)
Clinical indications of PRF in dentistry. Discussion over its potential use in Extraction Socket Grafting, Sinus Augmentation Procedures, Gingival Recessions, Intrabony/Furcation Defect Regeneration, Implant Dentistry, Soft Tissue Management, and its use in Facial Esthetics.
Break (2:45pm-3:00pm)
Part 4 (3:00pm-5:00pm)
Hands on practice! Learn phlebotomy, make PRF membranes, sticky bone, and extended-PRF BioHeat membrane.
