Dr. Danielle Brown is a native of Inglewood, California and is currently a full time clinical dentist at Glidewell. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in 2008. She earned he Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California in 2016. She practiced full-time clinical dentistry in private practice, corporate, and community clinic based settings before joining Glidewell in 2023. Dr. Brown served on the Executive Committee of the Western Los Angeles Dental Society, and is currently on the Executive Board of the Angel City Dental Society. In 2023 Dr. Brown was awarded a Top 40 Under 40 award from the National Dental Association, and was a graduate of the prestigious Guiding Leaders Program that same year.
Dr. Jarrod Cornehl graduated with honors from the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 2002. He is a skilled cosmetic dentist and an expert in aesthetic injections with a particular passion for aesthetic medicine. Dr. Cornehl is recognized for his successful combination treatments using dermal fillers, toxins, PDO threads, and the application of PRF with laser therapy. Dr. Nathan Estrin was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA before moving to Bloomington, IN where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University. Dr. Estrin then moved to Florida to earn his D.M.D. from LECOM school of Dental Medicine and furthered his education at Stony Brook University in New York where he received his training in Periodontics. During his dental studies, Dr. Estrin developed a passion for regenerative, implant, and laser surgery and has over 15 publications and 3 book chapters in these areas. Dr. Estrin is a board certified periodontist in private practice full-time. He is also an adjunctive faculty at LECOM School of dental medicine and a lead educator for PRFedu where he trains dental offices on PRF, Lasers, and modern periodontal therapy.
An honors graduate of the combined BA-DDS program at NYU, Dr. Joshua Gindea completed a GPR residency and went into private practice, owning and operating 4 dental practices in New York City for over 35 years. During this time, Dr. Gindea and his partners created and successfully ran several dental related businesses including Westchester Dental Products, Professional Offsite Data Backup and for the past 14 years, DoctorsInternet.com, among the nation’s leaders in website design and internet marketing services for the dental and other health professions. Dr. Gindea has lectured extensively throughout the country at hundreds of dental study clubs and dozens of state dental meetings including the Arizona, Georgia, Florida, California, Ohio, New Jersey and Connecticut Dental Association gatherings. Dr. Graeber, a laser clinician and educator, is a distinguished University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Rutgers) alumnus from the class of 1972. He has maintained an advanced technology practice in East Hanover, New Jersey, for 48 years. He is a pioneer in the use of lasers in General Practice beginning in 1991. In his practice of comprehensive dentistry, he utilizes diode, Nd:YAG, erbium, and biomodulation laser devices routinely. He co-founded and is a past president of the Academy of Laser Dentistry. An author of more than 22 nationally published articles and a recent textbook on high-tech diagnostics and caries treatment (Microinvasive Dentistry: Clinical Strategies and Tools), Dr. Graeber has attained Fellowship and Mastership in both the Academies of General and Laser Dentistry. He has been honored with Fellowship in the International College of Dentists. He has lectured nationally and internationally for the past 27 years. He has served as a Component President and Past State Officer of the New Jersey Dental Association.
CJuan Carlos Ortiz Hugues, DDS, CEAS, AEP is an Endodontist and Associate Ergonomics Professional, Master of the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry, CEAS II, and 2024 President of the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry (AMED). He is the author of the book Ergonomics Applied to Dental Practice. He provides lectures, training, and advice in Advanced Dental Ergonomics throughout Latin America and the United States.
Dr. Randy Shoup is a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry. He served in the US Public Health Service for 3 year before starting his private practice journey located in Indianapolis in 1984. Dr. Shoup has pioneered several technological and procedural innovations to dramatically improve the quality of dentistry for all patients. In 1987 he had the very first intraoral dental camera showing patients actual pictures of their teeth with amazing clarity. In 1989 Dr. Shoup began to develop dental restorative procedures around the newest cutting-edge technology of using a surgical microscope through which to perform ultra-conservative dentistry. He helped form the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry. The WCMID evolved into the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry and Dr. Shoup was the first member of that group. The ABD develops and promotes ultraconservative dental treatment for dental disease from decay, trauma, acid damage, grinding and clenching, as well as acid reflux and decay prevention. Dr. Shoup has and does lecture across the US and Internationally teaching dentists from around the world how to treat patients NOT using crowns or caps and NOT making huge holes in their teeth. He has also developed methods to restore teeth that the majority of dentists would say could not be restored and would have to be extracted. He also is a world leader in restoring teeth that have had endodontic therapy (a root canal) without having to drill big posts in the tooth and then grinding the tooth down for a crown or cap. Finally, Dr. Shoup takes all this knowledge, expertise, materials and equipment to Kenya and performs restorative and preventive dentistry for the children.
Joshua D. Lenchus, DO, RPh, FACP, SFHM holds a pharmacy degree from the University of Florida, and graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. Subsequently, he worked as a hospitalist for the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where he held the rank of associate professor of medicine, anesthesiology, and radiology, and served as an associate program director for the internal medicine residency for nine years. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for the 4-hospital system of Broward Health. He is currently medical director for Aetna’s Florida market in the Southeast territory. One of Dr. Lenchus’s special areas of interest is patient safety. In 2007, he developed a novel curriculum centered on simulation-based invasive bedside procedural instruction. The program has transformed the way procedures are taught and performed, decreasing complications thereby leading to safer patient care. He is recognized as a national expert, exported his program to other institutions, such as the University of Alabama – Birmingham and Virginia Commonwealth University, has conducted numerous workshops at various conferences, garnered more than $2 million in grant funding, and his team’s work has been published in peer-reviewed journals. He has been honored with multiple teaching awards and is the recipient of the 2016 BAYADA Award for Technological Innovation in Health Care Practice from Drexel University’s College of Nursing and Health Professions for this work. Outside the hospital, Dr. Lenchus is an experienced and sought-after public speaker, locally, regionally, and nationally. Topics of expertise include opioids and controlled substances, leadership, point-of-care ultrasound, politics and medicine, professionalism, wellness, and legislative advocacy, among others. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he was a frequent presence in the media, having been interviewed by the major local news stations in the Southeast Florida market, for local and national print, and on radio, including NPR. Dr. Steven Sullivan specializes in oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthognathic corrective jaw surgery, and TMJ reconstruction. Tricia Osuna, is a University of Southern California graduate, Past President of the American Academy of Dental Hygiene, and the California Dental Hygienists’ Association. Dr. Birdi is a reviewer for numerous leading journals and has recently been appointed to the board of The Journal of Clinical and Practical Oral Implantology.
